Aside from her work at The Cobalt Partners, she serves on the Board of Directors of several Civic Society Organizations and technology led-enterprises and a regular business speaker on African technology and telecommunications.
Originally from the Netherlands, Daniel Busscher has been living and working in Ghana for over 11 years. He has 15 years of international experience in business development, human resources, finance, marketing, administration, and delivery management. He is passionate about his cause to improve Ghana’s socio-economic climate. As the founder and Managing Director of the NGO ImproveGhana, he has assisted many Ghanaians with college admissions in American and European universities.
Aarti is responsible for The Cobalt Partner’s advisory business in several countries in Africa. She regularly engages with clients on strategies, workflows, and technology. Throughout her career, Aarti Shah has focused on helping clients define the problems they want to solve and finds holistic, sustainable solutions that encompass people, processes, and technology.
